"Heman Judd was admitted to infirmary Nov. 1st, 1859 by order of the Trustees of Waterloo Township. Age 89 years, birthplace - State of Connecticut, length of residence in township 21 years. Previous habits Industrious. Present condition healthy but helpless. Never warned out of said township. Entered By order of Directors. E. F. Brown, Supt. Heman Judd died January the 5th, 1860. Interment in the County Ground, No. 7, of Range one. Cause of death old age."
