Emma J. Earnest, 84, Upland, died at 1:23 am, Saturday, October 9, 2010 at University Nursing Center, Upland, IN. She was born in Marion, Indiana to the late Harry and Iva (Hillerd) Secrest. She married Eugene Earnest on August 22, 1947. He preceded her in death November 23, 1997.
Janie retired from RCA after many years. She worked at Rosie's Little Italy as a cook and as a member of the cleaning staff at Ambucare Clinic. Janie loved making pastries & cooking for family and friends. She was known for her famous macaroni and cheese and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
