Mr. Remy graduated from Indiana Law School in 1915. Remy served as Marion County Prosecutor 1923 - 1928. He was sometimes referred to as the "boy prosecutor". In 1925, Remy successfully prosecuted D.C. Stephenson for the the abduction, rape, and murder of Madge Oberholtzer. Stephenson was the Grand Dragon of the Indiana Ku Klux Klan.
