Craig Steven "Craigo" Blankenship, 49, of Clear
Fork, WV passed away on Friday October 8, 2010 at
the Bowers Hospice House, Beckley, WV. He was born
March 7, 1961, in Welch, WV, a son of W.C. and Erma
Altizer Blankenship of Clear Fork, WV. Craigo was a
disabled coal truck driver. He was preceded in death by
his maternal grandparents Lacy and Gladys Altizer and
his paternal grandparents C.W. and Lottie Blankenship.
In addition to his parents, Craig is survived by three
sons Ryan Polk Blankenship, Steven Eric Blankenship
and Adam Cole Blankenship; a granddaughter, the love
of his life, Madison; a grandson Christian; two sisters
Pamela Weaver and husband Stephen and Valerie Miller
and husband Denny; nieces and nephews Rachel,
Andrew, Trevor and Megan; and a host of other loving
family and friends. In keeping with Craig's wishes, he
will be cremated. Memorial services will be held at 1:00
PM Monday October 11, 2010 in the Chapel of
Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV. Friends
may gather with the family from 11:30 AM until service
time at the funeral home on Monday. The family has
requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to
