Carolyn E. Jackson, 80, of Moline, died Saturday, March 4, 2006, at Trinity Medical Center, West Campus, Rock Island.
There will be graveside services at 1:30 p.m. Monday, March 13, at National Cemetery, Arsenal Island. Anyone wishing to attend the service should meet at Esterdahl Mortuary and Crematory, 6601 38th Ave., Moline, at 12:45 p.m. to proceed to the cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Carolyn was born May 4, 1925, in Iowa City, Iowa, to Frank and Marie Brown Shetler. She married Earl P. Jackson March 17, 1956.
Survivors are husband; sons, David Jackson, Hiwasse, Ark., William J. (spouse, Cindy) Elliot, Moline; 16 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.
