The greatest father in the world was born on Jan 7, 1937 to Donald and Emma Suisse in Jungletown. Dad was a member of Beaver Lake Community Church of Alpena. He retired after 32 years of service to St. Clair County Road Commission. He loved to hunt and fish.
Ed is survived by his mother, Emma Barney of St. Clair; brother, Robert of St. Clair; Ex-wife, Alverta; daughters, Debra (Tony) Huddleston, Brenda (John) Storm, all of Auburn, Washington; sons, Jack of Port Huron, Randy (Sue) Suisse of Friendsville, TN; and great friends, Karen Suisse and Shawny. Ed was preceded in death by his father, Don; brother, James; son, Edward Jr.; and sisters, Alice and Betty; and his step-father, Fritz Barney; several grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
There will be a memorial service at the Port Huron Eagles Aries 3702, 2645 Howard, Port Huron from 2 to 6 p.m. on Friday, June 15, 2007.
