Alvin Haag passed away Saturday, February 20, 1999 at Bay Medical Center, Bay City, Michigan, at age 93 years.
The son of the late August Haag and Flora (Berger) Haag was born January 20, 1906 in Bay County, MI. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church of Amelith. Mr. Haag was employed at the former DeFoe Shipbuilding Co. and retired from the City of Bay City Public Works Dept.
He was survived by his wife the former Caroline Reisig; 31 nieces and nephews and a brother-in- law and sister-in-law, Reinhold and Helen Reisig of Saginaw, MI.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by three sisters: Florence Kesemeyer, Viola Koenig and Lydia Kloha and a brother, Herbert Haag.
