Tunnel Hill, GA - Roger Lee Sorum, 69, died on Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2010.
Mr. Sorum was born in Fairmont, Minn., to the late Howard and Elda Niss Sorum. He lived in several states across the country before retiring to Georgia. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Marjorie Wisner; daughters, Wendi Sorum, Bethlehem, Pa., Kimberly (Nick) Orf, Woodbury, Minn.; son, Michael Sorum, Denver, Colo.; stepson, Jonathan Wisner, Colorado; four grandchildren, Nathan, Lucas, Haley and Lillie Orf; sister, Beverly Wharton, Wharton, Minn.; and three nephews.
Funeral services will be held in Truman, Minn., on Thursday, Oct. 21, 2010, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Zaharia Family Funeral Service with Pastor Richard Abel officiating.
Burial will follow in Lakeside Cemetery in Fairmont, Minn.
