Katherine Eliza Peterson was born April 13, 1877, Lowndes County, Georgia. She was the daughter of William Robert "Robbie" Peterson and Mary Ann Zipperer Peterson.

Katherine was known as Kate. She married Robert Clarence Wisenbaker on November 25, 1900.

Clarence and Kate had five children: Katie Vera, Robert Leon, Anna Mae, Louis Byrd and Mary Agnes.In the picture of the family, the baby is my Father Louis Byrd Wisenbaker.

Katherine Eliza died Dec. 26, 1936. She was buried at Dasher Cemetery, Lowndes County, Ga.
