at Lucy Lee Healthcare Systems.
Mrs Fish was a housewife and a
member of the Pentecostal Church.
She was born March 23, 1916, in
Holcomb and had lived in Ripley
County since 1976.
Myrtle is the daughter of the late Edgar Samples and Dora Ethel Wayne Samples both proceded her in death.
Myrtle is also preceded in death by a brother Everitt Samples and two half brothers Claudie B. Samples and Odie B. Samples.
Myrtle is survived by two half sisters Syble Marie Samples Dye and Shirley Jean Samples Massey and a half brother Clarence Samples.
