Glenn S. Aylesworth, 76, of 12579 Ira Station Road died Tuesday at his winter home in Holiday, Fla., after a long illness.
A native of Marcellus, Mr. Aylesworth lived in Liverpool and Constantia before moving to the Cato area in 1976. He retired in 1981 as a foreman after more than 40 years with Carrier Corp., DeWitt.
Mr. Aylesworth was a member of Local 257, Sheet Metal Workers Union. He was a World War II Army veteran.
Surviving are his wife of 54 years, the former Lucille Marie Bell; a son, Lee, of Martville; a daughter, Patricia Dewitt of Moravia; a brother, Vincent of Florida; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services and calling hours were Friday.
