Mrs. Ida Clements Osbourn, 69, wife of Victor Osbourn, died at 5 a.m. Saturday, June 26, 1965, at the family home at 303 West High Street, this city, after a lingering illness. The body was prepared at Hale & Polin Funeral Home and moved to the family residence Saturday afternoon to await burial. Other survivors include seven daughters, Mrs. Thomas Proffitt, Cincinnati; Sr. James Leon, S.C.N., Wollaston, Mass.; Sr. Marie Celine, S.C.N., Louisville; Mrs. Charles Seidenfaden, Shepherdsville; Mrs. John Carlson, Franklin Square, N.Y.; Mrs. Robert Thompson, and Mrs. Thomas Spalding, Louisville; two sons, James F. Osbourn, Walton, and Thomas B. Osbourn, Louisville; 31 grandchildren; 5 brothers, Robert Clements, Louisville; Roy Clements, Mountain Home, Ark.; Frank, Fred, and Joseph A. Clements, all of Springfield; six sister, Sr. Celine, O.P., McQuaddy; Mrs. T. W. Osbourn, Jeffersontown; Mrs. Leo Wathen, Bardstown; Mrs. Eugene Taylor, Rineyville; Mrs. Paul Armamentos, Chicago, and Mrs. Christopher Mudd, Springfield. The funeral Mass was said at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Dominic Catholic Church, in this city, interment following in St. Rose Cemetery. The Mass was said by Mr. Osbourn's brother, the Rev. J.C. Osbourn, Sacred Heart Priory, Jersey City, N.J. Pallbearers were Leo and John Osbourn, Richard, Thomas, and James Clements, Edward Taylor, Thomas Wathen, and Lawrence Mudd.
