Mrs. Pauline J. Dreiling, 78, 311 East 20th St., died unexpectedly Friday at St. Anthony Hospital. Born in Victoria, she was a lifetime Ellis County resident.

Her husband, Andrew, died in 1927. He was cashier of the German-American National Bank, Victoria.

She was a member of Immcaculate Heart of Mary Church and Christian Mothers.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Milton (Venita) Harris, Santa Anna, Calif.; Mrs. Flavia Lunsford, of the home in Hays; two sons, Alvin J., Hays, Omer, San Angelo, Texas; nine grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Ed Flavia Morris, Hays; two brothers, Dr. A. L. Kippes, Kansas City, Mo., John Kippes, Victoria.

She also was preceded in death by her parents, five sisters and five brothers.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Fidelis Church, Victoria. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Parish rosary services were held Saturday evening at Mall's Mortuary Chapel, and rosary services will be held at 8 p.m. Sunday at Cline's Mortuary, Victoria. Friends may call at Cline's until service time.
