CULVER
DIED. Alice Gouldin and babe, the wife and child of W.Z.Gouldin, June 15, 1880, at three o'clock p.m.
Alice was in her eighteenth year and the babe was three days old.
Neither one was thought to be dangerously ill until
within one hour of their deaths. The supposition is that inflammation of the bowels was the cause of death. The
husband has the full sympathy of the community. The
funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Maxon at
H.R. Gouldin's grave at 11 o'clock a.m., July 10th.

Alice's husband William remarried March 1, 1882 to
Lissie A. Morse, Ottawa County, Kansas.
They had 3 children:

Bertha E. born June 1886
