Mrs. Cecelia Mitchell [sic] died at the home of her son, Dr. John W. Mitchell in Pamonkey, Md., Sunday night. She was the widow of John W. Mitchell, one of the most prominent lawyers at the Charles county bar. She was a daughter of the late Pearson Chapman and was a sister-in-law of General Andrew G. Chapman.
