Emma Hendricks, 84,804 Wright Street, formerly of Motley, died today at Bethany Good Samaritan Village. She was born July 29, 1904 in McHenry,N.D. She was a member of St. Michael's Church and the Christian Mothers in Motley.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Helen(Lawrence)Bock, Brainerd, Mrs. Florence (John) Nelson, Brainerd and Martha Killian, Osseo; six sons, Robert, Brainerd, Harvey, Fayetteville, Ga., Herbert, Brunswick, Maine, Bernard, Motley, Arthur, Eagan and Donald, Bloomington; two brothers, William Thiede, Brainerd and Louis Thiede, Motley; one sister, Mrs. Mabel Cline, Salem, Ore.;44 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Her husband, three brothers and a great-grandchild died earlier.
Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Michael's Church, Motley. Burial will be in Motley Cemetery. Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Nelson-Doran Funeral Home.
