Charles A. Runkle Is Dead At Warren
Death Occurs At Home In Warren Following Illness Of Five Weeks

Charles A. Runkle, 83, died at 8:30 Sunday evening at his home in Warren of pneumonia, after an illness of five weeks.

Born in Terry[sic-Perry] county, Ohio, June 22, 1852, he was the son of Jeremiah and Anna Leonard Runkle, and was married to Almina Graves, April 8, 1875. He was a retired framer, formerly of Jackson township, Wells county.

Surviving are the widow; the children, Mrs. Addie Click, of Warren, and Mrs. Oscar Baker, of Columbine, Wyo., and one sister, Mrs. Francis Alexander, of Marion.He was a member of the U. B. church at Dillman.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Wesleyan church in charge of Rev. J. T. Bean. Burial will be in the Woodlawn cemetery at Warren.
