Margaret, 89 of Durand, passed away on Thursday, at Memorial Hospital in Owosso.
Funeral services were held at on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at Watkins Brothers Funeral Homes, Durand Chapel, Rev. John Walworth officiating.
Mrs. MacGillivray was the daughter of Edward and Flora (Watt) Clark. She married Winston MacGillivray in Durand on June 16, 1940 and together raised 5 children.
Mrs. MacGillivray was a member of the women's VFW Auxiliary. She enjoyed reading and loved her grandchildren.
She is survived by 5 children: Richard MacGillivray of Kotzebue, Alaska, Peggy Smith of Harrison, James (Patricia) MacGillivray of Durand, Thomas (Dorothy) MacGillivray of Swartz Creek, Robert (Cathy) MacGillivray of Derwood, Maryland; 14 grandchildren; 41 great grand children and sister, Rosemary Jean Dickie of Durand.
She was preceded in death by her husband, 1 sister, 3 brothers and a grandson.
