The son of Francis Elwin Hill (1879-1951) and Amelia Catherine DuBois (1880-1909), Frank Hill was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan in 1904. He married Cecil May Sims in Otsego, Michigan on April 28, 1923, having six children together. Frank Hill owned and operated Hill Recreation Center in Otsego, Michigan for many year, selling in 1948 and opening a card and cigar room in Otsego. He passed away suddenly.
