Known as Frank to family and friends. He was the son of Abby Murwin and Warren Leroy Hoague. He served in the Army as a medic, was a homesteader in Montana, worked on the California Aqueduct, built homes in Port Orchard and Moses Lake, and retired as a Civil Servant from Larson Air Force Base. He was much loved and respected by all who knew him.
