Apostle Peebles was born in Columbia Hospital for Women, Washington, DC. Her education began in the DC public school system, a graduate of Cardoza high school, then on to Howard University where she received a BS degree in Accounting Finance, a MS degree in Divinity and a Doctorate of Divinity from Wilbur Waters School of Divinity.
Apostle Peebles continued the vision of her late husband, Bishop James R. Peebles, Sr. to build a ministry that would represent the heart of God for the people of this land.
Funeral services for Aposle Peebles, at Jericho City of Praise, Landover, MD. Interment National Harmony Memorial Park.
