Auzy Anna G. Adams was the daughter of James Thomas & Martha E. Butler Adams.

She died August 7, 1912, in Madison County, Alabama (presumably Huntsville), at the age of thirteen years old. A death certificate could not be located by the Alabama Center for Health Statistics; however, the search did a notice to the Madison County Health Officer that a coffin had been sold. The document reads:

Dr. 'T.E. Dryer'
Health Officer of 'Madison Co'
I hearby give you notice that on the '7' day of Aug 1912, I sold a coffin for the interment of the remains of:
Miss Annie Adams
age 14 years, sex Female
color white, residence Merrimack Village
Attending Physician Dr. Winston
Attending Midwife (blank)
McCown & Co
Undertaker or Dealer in Coffins
