On May 06, 1999 Mrs. Cindy Adams, dedicated employee of American Medical Response of Texas, Houston Operations, was involved in a tragic, fatality accident while she traveled home from work. Cindy, a Texas Department of Health certified Emergency Medical Technician, will be sorely missed by her friends and peers.
Those who knew her will remember Cindy as a caring mother, loyal friend and compassionate provider of patient care. Her charisma and out going personality exemplified her desire to pursue life's journeys to the fullest.
