Harold M. Keller, 80, Fergus Falls Route 4, died Tuesday, Oct. 16, at Lake Region Hospital. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 19, at First Baptist Church. Rev. David Banfield will officiate and burial will be in Knollwood Cemetery.
One of eight children of Adam and Mary (Mast) Keller, he was born July 4,1904, at Spooner, Wis. His family moved to Bingham Lake when he was six and to Orwell Township when he was 18.
On Nov. 27,1934, he and Rosie Lee were married at the Methodist Church in Fergus Falls. Although he retired from farming six years ago, they continued to reside on their farm in Orwell Township.
He was a member of Farm Bureau, Farmers Co-op Elevator Board, trustee and deacon of First Baptist Church and was also a township officer for 27 years.
Suvivors include his wife Rosie; two daughters, Mrs. Donald (Delores) Quast of Saginaw, Mich., and Mrs. Kenwood (Rosemary) Kolle of Fergus Falls; three sons, Roger and Clifford, both of Fergus Falls, and Larry of River Falls, Wis.; 20 grandchildren and two great-grandhchildren; one sister, Molly Erickson of St. Louis Park; and one brother, Earl of Auburn, Wash.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday at Olson Funeral Home in Fergus Falls and resume at the church one hour prior to services Friday.
