30 Oct 1939: Lebanon Co. relatives were shocked by the announcement of the passing of Joseph Herman Nestler, an employee of the Hershey Chocolate Co., who died of a heart attack in the plant, shortly after completing his work for the day on Saturday. He was aged 70 years, and was a member of the P.O.S. of A., of Linglestown. He is survived by four brothers; Philip, of Palmyra; David, of Hummelstown R. D.; and Jacob & Edward, both of Linglestown R.D.; and a sister, Mrs. Martin Wilt, of Piketown. [Lebanon Daily News]
