FINCANNON, Julia "Bernese", age 91 of Brooksville, died Sat., Oct. 23, 2010 at her home. Born in Blanton, FL she was a lifelong resident of Brooksville. She was a home maker, member of the First Baptist Church of Brooksville and she loved her children and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, George, son, Robert & daughter, Dorothy. Survivors include her son & daughter-in-law: Ray & Doris of Brooksville; son-in-law: John Bates of Brooksville; brother: Ben Wilson of Huntsville, AL; 5 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Visitation for friends will be 6 – 8pm, Thur., Oct. 28, 2010 at the Merritt Funeral Home, Brooksville Chapel where funeral services will be conducted 11:00am, Fri., Oct. 29, 2010. Burial will follow at the Brooksville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to HPH Hospice.
