He is survived by his daughter, Denita Brown; sons and daughters-in-law, Bobby and Debbie Brown, Gary and Sandy Brown and Jerry Brown; sisters, Barbara Teasley and Patsy McFalls; brother and sister-in-law, Sam and Jane Brown; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Burial was in the Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
