FUNERAL OF JOSEPH O'ROURKE SATURDAY
Well Known Resident of Wheeling Township Died Thursday Afternoon at the Age of 52 Years.
Joseph F O'Rourke died at his home in Wheeling township at 1:20 Thursday afternoon following an illness of six months. The body was removed to the Gordon Funeral home and was returned to the family home at 11 o'clock Friday morning. Funeral services will be at 9:30 o'clock Saturday morning at Leopolis church conducted by the Reverend Father Vonderstein. Burial will be in Leopolis cemetery.
Mr O'Rourke was born, April 16, 1880 in Macon county, the son of Bernard O'Rourke.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs Tillie O'Rouke, four daughters, Frances, Betty, Thelma, and Margaret, one son, Bernard, two sisters, Mrs W M Corrigan of Kansas City and Mrs Joe McKenzie of Wheeling and two brothers, Richard, Chillicothe and Thomas of Macon county.
