One-Story Commercial Structure Is for Jersey Street
Plans have been drawn by Roscoe Hemenway, architect, for a one-story commercial building on Jersey street, between Leavitt and Johns streets, for O. J. Oihus. It will cost about $10.000. The Coast Construction Company has the general contract.

Structure Taken as Investment by New Owner Last Week.
Sale of the 50 by 100-foot concrete and tile building at the southeast corner of Jersey and Leavitt streets in the St. Johns district by Oscar John Oihus to Tom Argiris, who bought it as an investment, was announced during the week by George A. Rahoutis, realty broker, who represented both parties to the transaction. Consideration was not given, but it is said to have been approximately $25.000. The building contains four store rooms.
