Mrs. Rogers, 81 years old, died Wednesday, Oct. 21, 1998, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, from injuries received in an automobile accident.
She was born June 22, 1917, at Lilbourn, the daughter of Brooks and Fannie Bell Arnett. She and Ralph K. Rogers were married July 12, 1936, in Piggott, Ark. He died Nov. 30, 1983.
She had retired as a sales clerk at Cumbee's Fabrics. She attended the Murray Lane Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Irene Sailing and Carolyn Rogers; a sisters, Lucille Miller; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, two sisters and a half brother.
