"Betty (Julian) Serr, Age 85, formerly of White Bear Lake passed away peacefully on October 12 in Chandler, Arizona. Betty was born in Long Beach, California on July 5, 1924, the daughter of Bob & Georgia (Kenney) Julian. She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years Joseph, son Richard, brother Russell, and her parents. She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Brogan of Missoula, MT, her twin sister, Bonnie Pinkerton of Chandler, AZ, stepson, Richard (Marge) Serr of Apple Valley, step-son-in-law Al (Linda) Dieken of Oakdale, MN, surrogate daughter, Louise (Ron) Fritschy of Denver, CO, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Betty had several surrogate children in her life - always ready to listen to someone in need. Memorial Service at 2pm, Friday, October 30th at the FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH (5th & Bloom), White Bear Lake. Memorials to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 East Flower Street, Phoenix, AZ 85014-5656"
