FLOYD GWINN
Floyd Gwinn, son of Andrew and Mary Gwinn, was born in Lucas county, Iowa, April 14, 1885, and passed from this life at his home in Lucas, Iowa, January 20, 1947, at the age of 61 years, 9 months and 6 days.
He was united in marriage to Blanche Gable, of Oskaloosa, Iowa, on October 25, 1927. To this union were born two children, Freda Frances and Virgil Kay.
Besides his wife and children he leaves to mourn five brothers, Enos of Chariton; Chat and Arthur, of Lucas; Everett, of Omaha, Nebraska; Lloyd, of Minnesota, and a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral services, in charge of Elder John Blackstock, of the Latter Day Saints church, were held Wednesday, January 22, at 2 p.m. from the Presbyterian church at Lucas. Burial was made in the Goshen cemetery.
