Henry H. Juneau, 87, of Lincoln Avenue, Cohoes, died Wednesday, August 27, 2008, at the Fairview Common Nursing Home in Great Barrington, Mass.

Born in and a lifelong resident Cohoes, he was the son of the late Alfred and Julianne Roberts Juneau and beloved husband of Rose W. Rymanowski Juneau of Cohoes.

Henry was employed as a forklift operator in the shipping department of the former Tek Hughes Co. in Watervliet, retiring in 1982. He was a World War II Army Veteran and a communicant of St. Michael's Church in Cohoes.

In addition to his wife, Rose, he is survived by his five children, daughter Linda R. Beauregard and her husband Albert of Saratoga, sons Francis M Juneau and his wife Rose of Halfmoon, and Alfred J. Juneau and his wife Dawn of Latham; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sisters Corona Boulerice , Exerine Lefebvre and Rose M. Juneau.

Funeral from the Fitzgerald Funeral Home Ltd., 105 Vliet Blvd., Cohoes, Saturday morning at 8:30. Mass of Christian Burial will be from St. Michael's Church, Cohoes, at 9 a.m. Interment will be in St. Michael's Cemetery Waterford.

Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home today from 4-7 p.m. Those wishing to remember Henry may make contributions in his memory the Alzheimer's Association, NE NY Chapter, 85 Watervliet Ave, Albany NY 12206.
