William Henry Hoover was the son of Henry Samuel Hoover and Theresa America (Reagan) Hoover. William married Celia Emmaline Milligan on 21 Jan 1892 in Polk County, Missouri. They had four children: Henry Minett Hoover, Claud Hoover, Easter Jane Hoover and Ada Hoover.
