Celia Emmaline Milligan was the daughter of Henry Minett Milligan and Charlette (Giles) Milligan. Celia married William Henry Hoover on 21 Jan 1892 in Polk County, Missouri. They had four children: Henry Minett Hoover, Claud Hoover, Easter Jane Hoover and Ada Hoover. Easter Jane died sometime after her 13th birthday (that's the last time she showed up on the census records). I've never found her grave.
