Carline English, age 89, of McKinney previously of Crockett passed away Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Serein Residential Care Home in McKinney. She was born September 21, 1930 in Coushatta, Louisiana to parents, Kenny Franklin Hughes, Sr. and Ruby Elizabeth Layfield Hughes. Carline was a retired hairdresser working in Crockett for many years. She never met a stranger having a vibrant personality which everyone loved.
She was preceded in death by husband, Charles R. “Chili” English; sisters, Eunice Jewel Harris, Roberta Stagner; brothers, Leo Hughes, Charles Hughes, Ken Hughes, W. J. Hughes, Infant Duane Hughes.
Graveside funeral services for Carline English will be at 12 noon Friday, February 28, 2020 in the Evergreen Memorial Park in Crockett.
