VANCOUVER, Wash., Sept. 7 - (Special.) - Pearl Scott Adams, 74, a resident of Clark county for 39 years, died today at his home in East Vancouver. He was born in Illinois, was taken to Iowa at the age of six months, moved to Kansas, and from there to Clark county. He was a retired railroad man and farmer. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. May Adams, four daughters, Mrs. Cora Steffan and Miss Margaret Adams of Vancouver; Mrs. Elsa Stoop of Washougal, Mrs. Blanche Thompson of Portland and four sons, Arthur, Jesse, Byron and Leon, all of Vancouver. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 P.M. at the Limber mortuary. Internment will be in Rose City cemetery, Portland.
