TARVIN
Services for Tomar Lee Tarvin, 76, of Roswell, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at West Funeral Home Chapel.
The Rev. D. Michael Lee of Victory Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will follow in Carlsbad Cemetery.
Mrs. Tarvin died Saturday (July 11, 1992) at her home.
Pallbearers include Jim Tarvin, Gene Tarvin, Larry Tarvin, Bill Tarvin, Bob Cowden and Matt Stinson.
Mrs. Tarvin was born Dec. 26, 1915, in Aspermont, Texas.
Survivors include six sons, Gene Tarvin, Loving, Claude Tarvin, Homestead, Fla., and Bill Tarvin of Kirtland, and Larry Tarvin, Jim Tarvin and Lonnie Tarvin, all of Roswell; four daughters, Joyce McFarland, San Bernadino, Calif., Jewel Sullivan, Henderson, Nev., Sue Cowden, Udall, Kan., and Toni Stinson, Roswell; one brother, Alby Mobley, Graham, Texas; two sisters, Velma Oldaker, Stanton, Texas, and Willa Mae Martin, Fresno, Calif.; 28 grandchildren; and 40 great-grandchildren.
