Bemis on January 1893, and had two daughters, Lillie Bemis and Dorothy Bemis; and Earl Jay Ripley who was born March 13,1882, in Erie, Pennsylvania, died January 19, 1867, in Erie Pennsylvania, married Lea M. Klinkhammer.
