My father, Florene Phillip Miller (1906 - 1998), grandson of the Stephen C. Miller you have listed, son of John S. Miller (and Flora Alice Nighthart)was born in Oklahoma Indian Territory in 1907. His mother died a week later. His father disappeared somewhere between Texas and Missouri about 3-4 years later. Supposedly murdered for his money, he was a horse trader.
