Born Dec. 14, 1923, in Bernie, to the late William W. and Annie Charles Williamson, she was a housewife and of the Baptist belief.
On Nov. 13, 1945, in Pontiac, MI, she was married to Randal E. Ray, who preceded her in death on Oct. 3, 1985.
Also preceding her in death were two sons, William D. Ray and Gary R. Ray; and two sisters.
Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Rodney and Christine Ray; one half-brother, Jim Williamson, one sister, Emma Nancy Thornton; three grandchildren, Summer Ray, Laura Ray and Ginny Ray; and two great grandchildren, Alexis Ray Lowe and Ty Martin.
Visitation was held at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel, where services were held, with Tom Ayers, Baptist minister, officiating.
Burial followed at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
