My Aunt Mary was the wife of Albert L."Peanuts" Martinez.

She was the Mother of Alberta (Frank)Vigil; preceded in death by son, Jack Martinez.

She was the Grandmother of Lisa Vigil-Lucero (Ervin), Julie Vigil, Frank Vigil, Bernadette (Jaime) Castro, April Martinez' 5 great-grandchildren.

She was the sister of Georgia Mestas; Aunt of Manuel and Ishmael Gonzales, Grace Velasquez, and Peggy Manor.

He rosary was held at St Cajetan's Church. Her pall bears were: Frank Vigil, Matthew Lucero, Ishmael Gonzales, Ryan Vigil, Manuel Gonzales and Eddie Mestas.

She and my Uncle Peanuts, were the most gentle and kind people. They always had smiles when we kids would stop by to visit, and later in life I would come to Denver and visit.

My Aunt Mary was always laughing it seems and she always wanted to make sure we had something to eat. It is only now, later in my life, that I realize what a lovely person she was.
