Norman K. Ream, 89, of Logansport passed away at 6:50 p.m., Monday, March 23, 2020 at Millers Merry Manor in Logansport.

Born on February 1, 1931 in Starke County, he was the son of the late Nicholas, Sr. and Millicent Helen (Bolton) Ream.

He was a graduate of North Bend Township High School in Starke County.

Norman retired in 1993 from Bolan Construction.

He was a former member of the Apprentice/Lather Local #165 in LaPorte, B.A. for Local #543 in Peru, Carpenters Union Local #215 in Lafayette, and the American Legion Post #415. Norman enjoyed woodworking and helping family and friends.

Survivors include his daughters, Etta Conrad, Kimberley Hughes (David), Laura Forgey (Michael), Cynthia Ream all of Logansport and Barbara Korreckt of Walton, sons, Dennis Ream (Tanya) of Royal Center and Kenneth Ream of Burnettsville, brothers, Tom Ream (Ruth) of Michigan City, John Ream (Alice) of Michigan City and Charles Ream (Kit) of Culver. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Beverly Ream, second wife, Dorothy Bolin, son, Jeff Ream, daughter, Mary Anderson, sister, Dorothea May, brothers, Nicholas Ream, Jr., Steve Ream and Robert Ream and son in law, Victor Korreckt.

Family and friends will share memories of Norman at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, March 26, 2020 at Deer Creek Cemetery in Onward
