Harry Wood Bolinger died at his home on Cromwell Street, Orbisonia, early Sunday morning, February 20, 1944, after a lengthy illness.

He was born in Clay Township, Huntingdon County, on April 15, 1867, Henry was aged at time of death 76 years, 10 months, and 5 days.

He was the son of William Bolinger and Rachel Black Bolinger of Three Springs.

On February 27, 1896, he was united in marriage to Emma J. Gladfelter who survives to mourn his passing. Also surviving are three sons, and five grandchildren.

Mr. Bolinger was the last surviving member of his immediate family.

He lived a retired life in Orbisonia for the past seven years, before which time he had practiced farming in Orbisonia and vicinity.

He was a jovial nature and congenial personality and will be missed by his friends and by his family, to whom, he was a devoted husband and father.

Mr. Bolinger attended the United Brethren Church.

The funeral service was held in the Center Methodist Church, Fulton County, at 2:30 Tuesday afternoon.

Interment was made in the cemetery adjoining the Center Methodist Church. A short service was held at the Bolinger home in Orbisonia at 1:30 Tuesday afternoon.
