Richard Griffin
CONCORD, Jan. 8--Services tomorrow morning at the chapel of Guy and Blackwell Mortuary here will be followed by cremation for Richard D. Griffin, retired railroad engineer and a resident of Concord for eight years.
Griffin died Monday, after a long illness, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. G. E. Maasen, on Joan avenue.
Also surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lucy Griffin; a brother, Y.C. Griffin of Salt Lake City, and a nephew, Francis Griffin, of Anchorage, Alaska.
Griffin was a native of Idaho, aged 68.
Last rites will be held at 10 a.m., and the remains will be inurned at California Crematory in Oakland.
