In 1902, Frank Angevine "and Son" (possibly meaning son-in-law) were at a meeting of the St. Louis Railway Club.
On May 15, 1918, cemetery records show that Georgia Heuhn purchased lot 28 of Section 26, Block A, with the remains of her 5-year-old son George Huehn interred that day in grave #1 and the cremated ashes of her first husband Emil Richter interred in grave #4 at the same time. Graves #2 and #3 were later occupied by Georgia and her mother Adelaide Angevine.
According to the 1900 census, Emil E. Richter was born Feb. 1866 in Germany.
He was a son of August and Julia W. Richter (born 1827). August Richter died 1896-1900. The family immigrated from Germany in 1884 and Emil was a hotel clerk in 1900 when his mother and niece Lena A. Huehn (born Aug. 1880 in Germany) lived with them.
St. Louis Burials, Volume 2 (2003), published on CD by the St. Louis Genealogical Society:
Emil E. Richter's interment on 5/15/1918, "age 49" (b. c1869?), the same day and the same plot as his wife Georgia's five-year-old son, George, by her second husband. The 1910 census shows Georgia and her second husband Richard M. Huehn had been married five years. If Emil Richter's ashes were age 49 when buried, then he would have been born c1869 rather than 1866 as the 1900 census showed. Or if he was 49 when he died, 1900-1905, the 1900 census gave his age incorrectly and he would have been born c1851-56, which is too old. Likely the miscalculation comes from adding 13-15 years to his age at time of death.
St. Peter's interment records show another Emil Richter buried 9/15/1895, "age 40" (born c1855), in Section 8, Block 563. This cannot not the same Emil Richter who was alive at the time of the 1900 census but died 1900-1905.
