Mr. Charles T Houchins, of this city, received a telegram Monday at noon announcing the death of his sister, Mrs Laura B Ryan, wife of R M Ryan, at Creamery, Monroe county. Death is thought to have been due to heart disease.
The deceased is survived by her husband and five children.
The funeral will be held Tuesday morning and the remains buried in the Keaton graveyard, near Greenville.
Mr Houchins and family will leave Tuesday morning to attend the obsequies.
