Dana F. Agee, 73, of Jacksboro died Saturday in LaFollette Community Hospital after a lingering illness.

He was a member of Jacksboro Baptist Church, of the Masonic Lodge No. 685 for 40 years, and the maintenance supervisor for Campbell County Schools for 27 years.

He is survived by his wife, Marie Walden Agee of Jacksboro; daughters, Mrs. Jackie Teague, Mrs. Ann Burrell, and Mrs. Nancy Phillips, all of Jacksboro; son Bill Agee of Jacksboro; step-daughter, Mrs. Asalee Blasher; step-son, Harold E. Walden of Bluefield, Va.; brothers, John A. Agee of Oak Ridge and Kyle Agee of Kingston; sisters, Mrs. Montie Siler of Morristown, Mrs. Mary Gaylor of Oak Ridge; 14 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at Cross Chapel by the Rev. Barry Woods. Burial in Jacksboro Cemetery.

Cross Funeral Home, LaFollette, was in charge of arrangements.
