Funeral services for John Aaron, 84, who died last Saturday, will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Strode funeral home with the Rev. W.J. Jackson officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Aaron, a Galveston resident for 42 years, was a member of Local 1504, International Longshoremans Association. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Laney Aaron; a daughter, Mrs. Annie Williams of Galveston and a son, L.J. Aaron, Elba La., and five grandchildren.
