Mrs. Adolph Lewinski, aged 44, of 1526 West Liston street, died at 10:30 p. m. Sunday in Epworth hospital after a day's illness with heart trouble.
She was born in South Bend Sept. 22, 1897, and on Sept. 23, 1920, as Miss Tillie Kaczmarek, she; was married in St Stanislaus Roman Catholic church to Adolph Lewinski, who survives.
Also surviving are two children, Henrietta and Leonard, at home, and . three of brothers, John Kaczmarek, of South Bend; Stanley Kaczmarek, of Los Angeles, Calif., and George Kaczmarek, of Chicago. Friends will be received , in the home after 11 a. m. Tuesday. The funeral will be held at 10:15 j a. m. Thursday in St. Stanislaus' with Rev. Anthony J. Rozewicz. C. S. C, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph' Polish cemetery.
